Audrey good luck on your presentation! I'm sure you'll do well. My daughter wears braces so I understand about the tightening. Tylenol helps a whole lot. Great about getting the braces off very soon. My daughter has had them for over 2 years and is suppose to have them off in early summer. Then she can start high school with just a retainer.
